Approaching the property, you'll instantly step into the seclusion and peacefulness which have drawn vacationers and dreamers to the the Florida Keys for the last century. When one first enters Rainbow's End, they are greeted by a beautiful entrance foyer decorated with silk flowers and a bubbling water fountain; a virtual garden! This is just a promise of the peace and serenity which awaits. Once inside, one quickly notices the beautiful ceramic tile which is found throughout the home, except for the newly re-carpeted bedrooms.  We warmly welcome all guests with a small basket of treats and a few refrigerated refreshments for your pleasure. 

The extremely large open space speaks Florida Keys as you've dreamed it. Newly-redecorated in luxurious Keys-decor, you'll feel you've just moved into your new, favorite home. To your left is the great room which is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good book or catch up on the news happening a million miles away on the flat-screen televisions. Or gather around your family and friends and catch a movie on the DVD player. Newly-decorated furniture decorates this gathering area as does the new dining table and chairs for 6 in the contiguous dining area.

To one's far right, is the completely remodeled kitchen. Closer and to the immediate right is the inviting bar area which serves to draw in even the most private of fellow guests! Who can resist an inviting bar stool sit-down at the eye-popping, fossilized coral bar. Above the bar is one of three large tile murals by the artist Chen which are all spectacular! The chef in your group will enjoy showing off his/her culinary skills with a new refrigerator, new plumbing, new cabinets, new dishwasher, and new cooking surfaces! Of course, all the kitchen utensils even the most discerning chef would require are on-hand for your use. And everyone will want to volunteer for kitchen-duty with the panoramic views from the kitchen of the Atlantic and to the property to the south!

This spectacular view is itself worth the price of admission to the Florida Keys! Across the entire back on the upper level of your home is a screened-in porch and outside dining area complete with wrap-around views of the Atlantic ocean, mangroves, your own personal boat basin and all the promise a whole lot of water and a rod and reel hold. The Sport Fishing Capital of the World is calling your name!

Rainbow's End has four bedrooms with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom on the ground or lower level. The master bedroom boasts a King-Size bed with plenty of stretch-out room and opens into a private, walk-in closet which opens to the master bath/shower. Two additional bedrooms are on the main, upper level. Both have two full-size beds and share a common bathroom. One of these bedrooms also has a single bed which is nice for an additional guest or a child. All bedrooms have been recently re-carpeted and decorated with new window treatments. All bathrooms have recently had new vanities installed.   You can count on our mid-stay walk through to deliver fresh towels and linens right to your door.  If you would like daily maid service, that can be arranged as well.

The lower bedroom has two twin-size beds and it's own private bathroom. The house has a large utility and working area which includes a Maytag washer and dryer, a full-size refrigerator, and a large freezer which is convenient for all the fish you will catch! A working bench and rod rack add to the convenience.

Finally, no description of Rainbow's End would be complete without mentioning details of your very own, private boat basin which is large enough to handle six to eight 25ft boats and can handle a 39-foot boat at high tide (Outboards can maneuver in any tide). The basin has recently been deepened and many guests have reported catching red snapper and lobster right from the basin. The wrap-around dock has recently been rebuilt.  It includes having a special fiberglass flooring which is always cool to the touch, including to the soles of the feet! A large fish-cleaning area is located on the dock making a convenient area to prepare your catch of the day. The entire area surrounding the basin is an excellent area to kayak for paddling pleasure or to fly fish from your boat. And kids love fishing from the dock! An outside shower makes for a convenient pre-cleaning area for weary but happily-satisfied fisherman at the end of a perfect day.
